James delivers a 6-week performance training program to improve your movement patterns resulting in increased power, speed, strength and overall performance in your chosen sport.

Using advanced training principles, this programme consists of mobility/flexibility training, corrective exercise, power development, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning specific to your sport, and core strength training.
