An initial assessment to start your recovery programme through a 75 minute bio-mechanical analysis and full assessment, James identifies imbalances and areas of weakness to provide you with a starter programme.
Building on from your initial ASSESS session your next stage in the process is to Improve. This 60 minute assessment and key area analysis will concentrate on turning your weaknesses into strengths.
A 6-week performance training program to improve your movement patterns resulting in increased power, speed, strength and overall performance in your chosen sport.
James offers monthly coaching packages for recreational, semi-professional and elite athletes who are looking to take their performance to the next level within their chosen sport.
